IWC Sealcoating recently completed a major project for a new retal Distribution Center in Kinston, NC. The well known retailer purchased the 77,000 square foot building in the Lenoir County Industrial Park back in 2021 required lots of work to its newly paved asphalt parking lots and roads.

IWC Sealcoating crews worked thousands of man hours to complete the project in a timely manner. The parking lot spans nearly 10 acres which made for a lot of linestriping, signage, bollards, speed bumps, and wheel stops. In fact, our crews even installed 850 pound jumbo wheel stops for the truck loading lanes.

The distribution center will serve as a Last Mile facility with products dropped off by trucks and distributed by vans and cars to their final destination, The facility is located at 1302 Enterprise Blvd in Kinston and was originally built in 2002.
