Full-Time Worker

IWC Sealcoating is family owned and operated serving North Carolina, Southeast Virginia and Upper South Carolina. We are specialists in Asphalt Solutions: Line-striping, Thermoplastics, Road Sign-Installation and Snow/Ice removal for retail malls and businesses; office and industrial parks; home and condo associations.

Full-Time Worker Responsibilities

The position is responsible for performing various duties on application projects. The employee will generally work in utility capacity by transferring from one task to another where demands are required.

Additional Duties may include

• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task.
• Properly follow all company policies and OSHA/MSHA regulations for safe working procedures and environment. Report any problems to the Foreman, Superintendent, Safety Manager, or Human Resources Manager.
• Assist application crew with various duties such as pavement preparation for product application; assist product applicators, site cleanup
• Follow direction of Foreman as to daily tasks and expectations for each specific project or jobsite
• Lifts, carries and holds material, tools and supplies
• Assists in the placement, moving and dismantling of signs, barricades, cones and other traffic control devices
• Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
• Other duties as may be assigned.

Applicants must be 18 years of age and have a clean driving record. Pay is variable based on experience, and benefits are available after 60 days of employment.  We offer Blue-Cross/Blue Shield health insurance and a 401-K plan.
